How to start business processes and human tasks with out restarting server

How to start business processes and human tasks with out restarting server:-

  Step1:- To view this administrative console click on  below url.

                 https://localhost:9043/ibm/console/logon.jsp 

  Step2:-

                 Click Applications > SCA modules > module_name, then under   Additional properties select either Business Processes or Human Tasks.

                     Select one or more templates that you want to start or stop, then click Start or Stop to start or stop them.
